Brif introduction :Pectinase was obtained from fermentation by Aspergillus niger. The appearance is pale yellow powder. Pectinase is mainly used for juice pressing and clarification of fruit and vegetable beverages and fruit wines. It has a good effect on the decomposition of pectin.
Medical use:Pectinase can be used as an anti-inflammatory enzyme preparation. It is used for burn, especially scab removal and scar hyperplasia, chronic ulcer and bedsore.
Application :Pectinase is an excellent Aspergillus strain. It is a highly active pectinase preparation prepared by submerged fermentation and modern post-biotechnology. It contains some hemicellulase, cellulase and xylanase. An enzyme used for pulp; a fruit juice enzyme.
The optimal temperature: 55℃ the optimal pH: 3.8—4.5.
Function:Used to increase fruit juice yield and clarification.
Storage :Store in a cool and dry place(2-8°C ), protected from light, keep drum close when not in use.
