Brif introduction : Laccases are proteins that bind multiple copper ions. They belong to the copper blue oxidase and exist in mushrooms, fungi and plants. Laccase can survive in the air, and the only product after reaction is water, so it is essentially an environmentally friendly enzyme.
Application:Laccase has been widely used in biological detection because of its unique catalytic properties. As an efficient bio-detector, laccase has become an effective tool and means for composition analysis of substrates, coenzymes and inhibitors. There are two kinds of biodetectors consisting of laccase: laccase electrode and laccase.
The optimal temperature: 20-60C, the optimal pH:6.0-4.8
Storage :Store in a cool and dry place(-20°C ), protected from light, keep drum close when not in use.
