Brif introduction:

Cellulase is a complex enzyme system composed of many kinds of hydrolases. Many fungi in nature can secrete cellulase. Traditionally, cellulases are classified into three groups: C1 enzyme, Cx enzyme and beta glucosidase. C1 enzyme is an enzyme that initially acts on cellulose and destroys the crystalline structure of the cellulose chain. Cx enzyme is a cellulase which acts on cellulose activated by C1 enzyme and decomposes beta -1 and 4- glycosidic bond. Beta-glucosidase can decompose cellobiose, cellotriose and other low molecular weight fibrodextrins into glucose.

application :Cellulase is widely used in food and environmental industries. In alcoholic fermentation, the addition of cellulase can increase the utilization of raw materials and improve the quality of liquor.

Storage :Store in a cool and dry place(2-8°C ), protected from light, keep drum close when not in use.
